Honda CB550
This is not home made build. What was done:
– tail section of the frame custom built
– hand made seat tail
– new clip-on handle bars
– new lights
– all bearings (wheels, head set) are new
– new brake pads
– Firestone Champion De Luxe tires
– wheels powder coated
– frame powder coated
– custom built exaust system
– new chain and sprockets from DID
– new wiring made from ground up.
And now the best part. Engine was completely rebuilt. That means it was disassembled to the last piece and sand blasted.
– all bearings in the engine are brand new and Honda genuine
– pistons are new from JE with higher compression and big bore (it is now 600 ccm)
– piston rings are also new from JE
– ALL gaskets are new and Honda genuine
– cam shaft was modified (more POWEEER !!)
– stronger clutch (with new springs)
– new cam chain from DID
– new valves
– new valve springs
Bike starts first kick (kick start only).
Paint is fake rust. Looks like real stuff .
Bike is fast. No leaks.
I have the building process well documented so if you need more pics just let me know. Bike is in Poland but I can arrange delivery to your door anywhere you want. It has clean title and is registered in Poland. It was imported from USA several years ago so it is possible to send it back without any issues. Mail me or call me. Price is not firm but the bike is worth every single dime I’m asking for it.
